Michael Ehrmann Ph.D. is an expert of serine proteases. Michael is a professor and Head of the Center of Medical Biotechnology at the University Duisburg-Essen, Germany.
His laboratory investigates the molecular mechanisms of protein diagnosis, repair and degradation by using a combination of biochemical, structural, cell and chemical biology approaches.
Michael holds a doctorate in microbiology from the University Konstanz.
