Monoclonal Antibodies

Monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) are blood proteins that neutralize a specific antigen detected by the body.

MAbs are designed to bind to a single target, making them a potent mode for developing precision medicines or, with bi-specific antibodies, can simultaneously bind and neutralize two different epitopes on the same antigen. The specificity of monoclonal antibodies makes them a critical component of the multimodal approach at Gemini Therapeutics.
